Welcome and thank you for visiting my website! My real name, can you guess it? lol Of course it is, Sam. I am from Canada and hail from the city of Toronto.

Now, where to begin.. My journey began as a child.. I always had a love for catchy cartoon intros, and then the eventual appreciation of certain specific music genres like hard rock and heavy metal. I also had/have a love for video games and became a fan of a few of the composers of certain games. As I became older, I found myself connecting to other genres of music as well, and I found myself being more appreciative and open to virtually all kinds of music. That being said, I still have my preferred favorites, but they indeed fluctuate depending on my emotional state and mood, etc.

While I attended school, I had little to no aspirations of creating music myself, but instead had a focus on the stars, for example, astronomy, and still had a continual love for playing video games. So naturally, my path led me to pursue a degree in video game development after high school. In my opinion, the decision made during this time was a bit fast and I quickly discovered that it wasn't the right thing for me, so I ended up dropping out of the program after 1 year.

Feeling somewhat lost and unfulfilled, I eventually took matters into my own hands and with the help of the internet and technology, lol, I managed to teach myself how to compose/make music.

At the beginning of 2020, I released my first album called Harmonic Phenomenon. I was and still am happy with the results. It was/is a multipurpose album, mostly experimental in nature and was to be a portfolio/resume for the game industry. You could also say I'm an aspiring digital artist because I put together the CD artwork for it.

I won't be going into too much detail about this but I ended up with a plethora of mental health issues, so that is why there have been delays and things have been taking longer than usual. In addition, my computer unfortunately got hacked. Also there were a bunch of I'd like to call it "technical evolutions" /changes happening, maybe a bit of perfectionism and what direction I wanted to go in for the next project.

I'll wrap up things here by saying I have a great affinity for retro-sounding game music, and I believe this will be part of my niche for what is to come in the future. I also have an interest generally in the subject of philosophy. Thank you for visiting today. I hope this has been informative for you to get to know me a bit better.
